(romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.)
I want to just say what an honor it has been to walk through this week with my family...I am praising God first of all for the character of Kelly and Kelley..I looked around and was so amazed at how they were handling such pain.... I looked at both sides of the family that were an amazing support from the beginning..and that it was so amazing to see that we all were united by Christ as one family, and that we together knew who we could turn to on behalf of Hezekiah..I am thankful for the relationship that has been formed over the years between Kelly and I, that allowed for some of the most amazingly intimate moments that I will treasure in my heart always. She is an amazing woman. Kelly Lyn Sewell did not have long with her baby, but she was an amazing mother to kye, if love could have kept him alive he would have made it because he was thought about even before she knew he was growing in her belly, prayed for all the time and She LOVED him so much and was so honored to be his mother. If you all could have seen what an amazing dad Kelley Wayne Sewell was to little kye you would have seen a daddy that was fighting for his baby, and was loosing sleep because of his love for a sweet boy that i bet he never knew would grip his heart the way he did. He was a warrior dad over his little guy, and went to great measures to be the protector of his little boy. These two have exemplified such beauty as parents....I am so blessed to know them. I am so sad to see them mourn and miss sweet Hezekiah, it hurts me so deeply. I do know that all of us hope our children will make some impact on the world, and in 7 days, one baby sure stirred the hearts of many. Thank you all for your compassion...please dont stay away because its too hard to face, its ok to say "i dont know what to say".
Thank you all for everything, and please keep them in your prayers at there are many hard days ahead

Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God." 1 John 4:7

2 corinthians 1:3-7 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort

update on my nephew
Medically speaking Kye is losing ground, but I haven't given up ANY HOPE. This morning really helped.
Kye has had so much blood drawn for testing that he needs a transfusion. Pray that the doctors are given much wisdom on what to do. He is low on blood, they have 5-7 more test that require blood plus just normal blood testing, but once they transfuse him they can't test him for much. I started my own Excel sheet to help the doctors know how much blood had been drawn just to make sure everyone was on the same page, but apparently that didn't help.
Still praying for test results to return quickly, basic body function to return, a miraculous diagnosis, or a complete healing! I think the nurses think it is funny when I tell Kye we have a lot to recover from.
Dr. Boon is working with Kye this morning. Pray for him. He is a Christian

test
thanks
please continue to pray for my nephew!! here are some updates from his dad Kelley
Hezekiah started out really well today, but dropped throughout the day. Unfortunately, he isn't doing very well right now.
Once again, all of his doctors arrived at my room at the same time, but this time they all seemed to be at a loss for what to do. Test results are extremely perplexing. The doctors are pretty clueless as to what to do or treat for. All we know is that he didn't breath on his own at birth, has low tone, has seizures, and sub par brain activity. AT THIS POINT WE NEED A MIRACLE!!
Reading Isaiah 38:1-9 entitled Hezekiah' s Illness and then the Hezekiah's writing of his illness and recovery was extremely powerful today.
I'm considering having a prayer meeting tomorrow to anoint him with oil. God is his only hope.

At this point, our doctors still haven't arrived at a diagnosis. They are very baffled by this case. We believe Hezekiah is at a critical point and we need either a miracle or diagnosis! Either one would be a miracle at this point, but I'm picking miracle
Kelly and I are having Hezekiah dedicated at 6:30 tonight and anointed with oil. We would appreciate your prayers, and if possible at that time. Pastor Bill, Jim Bollier, and Jack Clark will help with this. Since we can only invite a very small number of people, Pastor Jon will open up the sanctuary at GMC at 6:00 if anyone would like to pray there. So many people need prayer, we encourage you to pray for all those who need it.___

I'm thanking God for my wonderful family, church family, and friends tonight. Thank you so much for praying individually, at GMC, and at the dedication service. People have been praying all around the world: Jamaica, Africa, Afghanistan... The dedication service went really well tonight. The nurses told me that Hezekiah enjoyed our singing because one of his vitals changed as we sang Glory to GodForever. While it appeared Hezekiah as having a great day, we received 3 bad reports right at 6:30 when our service was to start and it felt like Satin was trying to stop us. However, Kelly and I dedicated our son to God and everyone involved with the service did great. We Love You guys!!! Anointing Oil still on his head tonight as I ask God to watch over him and heal
